How to get rid of Mouldy Bathroom Silicone.

The bad news is it won’t matter what product you use on that mould -its not going to shift because its being protected by the Silicone. The mould behind the silicone is there because there is either a leak behind the silicone, or the silicone needs replacing, hopefully it's the latter. Either way the only way to get rid of the mould is to rip it up and replace it. When you do rip it up you'll want to treat the area with one of our anti mould sprays before laying new silicone down. Doing the silicone isn’t a massive headache and if you’re handy here is a decent DIY- the Bunnings tutorial on how to remove old silicone and here is the Bunnings tutorial in applying it.
